All of our private offices and work stations are fully furnished with brand new furniture.  Our interior office space features Herman Miller “Vivo” modular office furniture.  Our private offices and meeting rooms are equipped with custom designed pieces from Creative Woodcraft.  The combination of gray, blue and silver tones throughout the building create an atmosphere of understated elegance.

Our modern facility is equipped to provide ready access for internet and communication services.  Each office and work station is outfitted with category 6 data and voice cabling and dedicated “clean” 110 volt power.  Our state-of-the art IT equipment room features a v-lan network providing workstations with secure access to our network of printers, plotters and copiers.

Common space amenities available to our office space clients include a 50’s themed break room, the Lava Lounge recreation and meeting room, shower room, outdoor patio with picnic table and bench seating, and easy access to walking and bike trails through the adjacent open space area.
